Ty Simpson is a hobbyist photographer based in the Atlanta area. His fascination with the art began in childhood, when his parents bought him a Fujifilm digicam. That fascination turned into an obsession after photographing the solar eclipse in 2024, and he has been dedicated to improving his craft ever since.

Ty is a motorsports enthusiast who regularly captures the grassroots drifting scene in the southeastern United States. He also photographs birds and wildlife and dabbles in studio portraiture.

Outside of photography, Ty is an avid reader, a motorcyclist, a model builder, and a software developer.
